Data mining techniques are growing in popularity in a broad range of areas, from banking to insurance, retail, telecoms, medicine, research, and government.

In this webinar, Dr Haider Raza, of the University of Essex, will explore methodologies of using open-source software R,  used for statistical computing and graphics. 

Building on the knowledge from the first session, this session will provide an introduction to data mining in R using simple statistics and web scraping.
