In this webinar Fola Malomo will discuss the differences in economic trends between coastal areas that have performed well and coastal areas that have been less successful. Attendees will gain an understanding of strategies that can be used to promote regeneration including targets, policies and proposals.
Attendees should have a basic knowledge of current affairs concerning economies of coastal areas.
Fola Malomo is an applied economist. His current research at the University of Essex focuses on: social networks; firm behaviour; informality; and survey methods. Fola did his DPhil in Economics at the University of Sussex, his masters in Economics at the University of Birmingham and his undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University York.
